# Adding Modifiers

After creating a modifier set, add the individual modifier options to it.

## Adding a Modifier Option

### Open the modifier set

Open your modifier set from **Apps > Dash > Modifier Sets**.

### Add an option

On the **Modifier Options** page, click **+ Add Option**.

### Name the option

Enter the option name (for example, "Vanilla").

### Set the price

Set the price (for example, "$0.25").

### Save

Save your changes.

## Modifier Types

There are two types of modifier groups:

* **Selection modifiers** (single-select) — Staff picks one option from the group. For example, a "Sizes" set where the customer chooses Small, Medium, or Large. Tapping a different option switches the selection.
* **Quantity modifiers** — Staff can add multiples of an option at a per-unit price. For example, a "Syrups" set where each syrup is +$0.25, and the customer wants 2x Vanilla. Use the **+** and **-** buttons to adjust the quantity.

## Reordering Modifiers

Drag and drop modifier options to change the order they appear in the POS.

## Editing & Deleting Modifiers

Use the **three-dot menu** (⋮) on any modifier option to edit or delete it.
